Default How much is a cog pulley setup on an 2003 Mustang Cobra?

How much does it cost and what are the advatages of the setup besides a nice whistle sound : )

I would stay away from the cog setup. From what people say they are hard on the blower and other belt assembly components. Plus IMO the constant noise would get tiresome. If this was a worth while mod your would see everybody doing it, but not many are so that tells you something.

From what I understand the cog system isn't good for street cars because they don't alow any slippage and on the street and you need some slippage in your system. Also the engine won't try reverse itself during shut down causing damage to your bearings. The best advice I recieved was to go to a ten rib set-up and a good pulley tensioner system to help with some of the slippage. Call around to find the best deal on the ten rib system, however you will find out that most places that sell them are closely priced. Happy hunting and have fun. Oh yeah, One other thing, the more power yo make the harder it's going to be to drive and the more upgrades you will have to do to other places on the car with your IRS and being one of them.
