The only problem with trying to give him a ticket for blowing through the stop sign is that you never see the driver of the car... We don't even know if it's really him or not... We can only speculate... But whoever drove that car deserves the dumb F*** of the year award.
actually, you can see him in the pasenger side with his head sticking out the window as they take off. So you know it was "Little Sis" drivin'. HAHAHAHAHA
