Converting a II to five lug isn't difficult.
Since hot-rodders and street rodders love our front suspensions so much, there are a plethora of front rotor options from the aftermarket, or you can get a set of five-lug rotors from a 70s Granada, a set of GM Metric calipers, and a set of adapter plates for the Calipers... or the cheapest option would be to have a machine shop re-drill your rotors for the new bolt pattern of your choice.
The rear is a bit more difficult, there are people using Ranger or Aerostar axle shafts (I hear you need two from the same side of certain years to make this work) some people swap rear ends from other cars and cut and weld spring perches, or you can do the machine-shop re-drill thing to the rear axle shafts and drums too...
Or there are always wheel adapters, but most are cheaply made overseas and of questionable reliability...
