Default 1969 428 CJ 4SPD MACH I video

Here's a quick blast of me in my Mach I(that I was foolish enough to sell 10yrs ago) fighting for traction off the start. The car ran high 13's basically stock with street tires and with extreme traction problems. I'm going to go to the same spot and video my 04 GT once I get the Magnaflows on.:thumbsup

Or 3 or 4 or 5......... I've owned many over the years. This was my driveway at my mom's place back in 1982 when I was 19. + I had a 67 GTA 390 fastback grey primer beater not in the picture and my mom drove a 67 Cougar at the time. I was known for years as "Mr Mustang".

This was still my favorite.A 1968 Cougar XR-7 with blue leather interior and factory air cond. I bought it for $350 at a auto wrecker 50 miles out of town, put air in the tires and found a battery that would take a boost, filled the rad with water, had a bungie cord to hold the drivers door closed and drove it home. You should have seen the look on my mom's face when I pulled up in this heap! But I scavenged some parts off of it and then sold it for $800.
