I'm in the market for a catback and im torn between slp and magnaflow. i heard a 2v with x pipe like mine and slp loudmouth catback and it sounded incredible. ive heard people say the magnaflow sounds really good and gives you a nice hp boost. i havent heard anything about the hp gains from the slp. if there's not much of a difference in hp ill probably go with the slp. If anyone with an slp catback or magnaflow with an x pipe has anything to chime in with feel free to do so.

My friend has a Mach 1 w. SLP loud mouth 2 (loud mouth 1 is much louder) w. an O/R H pipe n its veryy loud. It is louder then my car n i have LT headers n an o/r H w. borla catback. I think an x pipe with the loud mouth 1's might be loud to the point of it being annoying but idk wut ur in to, thats imo but either way it will be LOUD. I recomend the loud mouth 2's.

i like my flowmaster 40's with o/r x got pulled over 4 times for loud exhaust and i was shifting at 1100rpm -.-

like i seriously was in 5th gear at 25mph when the lights went on lmao.....ahhhh good time,good times

Why not go with a o/r x and magnaflow magnapacks, they are louder than the regular magnaflow catback and yet arent annoying and are plenty loud. I knew a guy on mustangworld i met at the local track he had o/r x and that catback and it was louder than my o/r x and flowmaster 40s

I have a 2003 GT with an upr o/r x with slp's 1 they are hell loud
I love it.
When i go to pick up my girl i drive hers car just to hear the exhaust

There's a GT in town with the SLP Loud Mouth 1 and it's ungodly loud. It's about the most awesome sounding exhaust I know of and hurts your ears when at speed.

See, I've heard mixed reviews about the SLP LM1s. I, myself, like the sound, but I'm concerned as to if it would be too loud.
